From Skinny Me to the Aesthetic Me - Five Years of Grinding and Growing!
Hey everyone!
It's been a minute since I properly chatted about my fitness journey, and as I hit this crazy 4-5
year milestone, I just had to share where I'm at. Honestly, when I look back at pictures from way
back when, I was a totally different person – super slim, you know? Fast forward to today, and
man, am I proud of the aesthetic physique I've sculpted. It’s not just about how it looks,
though; it’s about feeling strong, healthy, and just… good in my own skin.
My Gym Life: Push, Pull, Legs & Those Endless Steps!
So, what's been my secret sauce? Consistency, mostly! My gym routine has pretty much
revolved around the push-pull-legs split. It’s brilliant because it hits every muscle group
perfectly, keeping things balanced and helping me grow steadily. But it's not all about lifting
heavy; I'm also super committed to my cardio. That's where my daily 12,000 steps come in. It’s
my non-negotiable for keeping my heart healthy and staying lean.
And let's be real, you can't out-train a bad diet. Eating healthy has been just as crucial. It's the
fuel that gets me through tough workouts and helps my body recover and build.
The Hustle Is Real: Finding Time Amidst the Chaos
Okay, full disclosure: it hasn't always been smooth sailing. Life gets crazy, right? With a hectic
office schedule and all the other stuff that pops up, sometimes finding time for the gym feels
like a mission impossible. There are days when I'm just drained. But I’ve learned to really
prioritize it. Whether it means an earlier alarm, or just being super focused during my workout, I
always find a way. It’s about showing up, even when you really don't feel like it. That consistency
is gold.
What's Next? Just Keep Building (and Stepping!)
My main focus right now is simply to maintain this aesthetic physique. It’s not about
constantly chasing new PBs or shedding pounds; it’s about sustaining the strength and
definition I’ve worked so hard for. And yep, those 12,000 daily steps for cardio are still firmly
on the agenda!
More Than Just Muscles: The Mind-Body Connection
Honestly, while the physical changes are awesome, the biggest wins from this journey have
been things you can't even see. This whole fitness thing has given me a ridiculous boost in
confidence. Seriously, I feel so much more comfortable and self-assured when I'm talking to
people, which has genuinely improved my social life. And perhaps the best part? I feel
mentally so good. The gym has become my escape, my therapy, my place to just clear my
head and recharge. It's living proof that fitness isn’t just about looking good, but feeling incredible, from
the inside out.
So, if you’re out there wondering whether to start your own journey, or if you're already on it and
hitting a wall, just remember: consistency is your superpower. Show up, put in the work, fuel
your body right, and trust the process. It truly changes everything.

My Fitness Journey! ๐ช
A journey begins with the first step. Keep going, it gets better! ๐ช๐ป
Going back a few years, all I can recall is the simple fact I was bullied. So much so it gave me severe body image problems and demolished my confidence. I was underweight, looked somewhat weird, and above all, lacked the confidence to manage the world. This led me down a road to isolation and I distanced myself. Because of this, in my whole school life, I never went on stage(Except for saying thank you so much on my birthday๐), I did not dare to stand up for myself.
I started my fitness journey when I was 15-16 years old and changed 20 years old from an extremely skinny guy to a handsome hunk. in 3 years filled with sacrifices and hard work, I gained knowledge about fitness, diet, and exercise. In a few months, I saw some changes in m physique. People who originally made fun of me started speaking to me in regard. This strengthened my self-respect and inspired me to work harder!
- Make a commitment to YOURSELF.
- Start small, take baby steps, and see the big difference in the long term.
- Remind yourself that something is always better than nothing.
- Remember Nutrition.
- Celebrate yourself.

Healthy Lifestyle: Sleep, Diet, and Exercise
What is a healthy lifestyle?
Sleep, Diet, and Exercise are three pillars of a healthy life. Nowadays, everyone wants a healthy lifestyle because it keeps you fit, energetic, and most importantly at reduced risk for disease(which is a big concern for today's generation). According to WHO, healthy living is a way of living that helps you to enjoy more aspects of your life. Good nutrition, daily exercise, and adequate sleep are the foundations of healthy living. While improving just one of these lifestyle factors can help people to lead longer lives but improving all three may be a better way to improve both physical and mental health.
Ask 20 people to define what a Healthy Lifestyle is, and you will probably get 20 different answers and that's because there's no way to be healthy. A healthy lifestyle simply means doing things that make you happy and feel good. To have a healthy lifestyle, Our foundation must be strong. If the foundation is shaky, everything else is gonna be shaky too. The ratio between sleep, diet, and exercise should be 50:30:20 respectively. So, let's talk about the three pillars of a healthy lifestyle one by one.
1. SLEEP:
A good night's sleep is the FOUNDATION for the rest of your waking hours.
Do you know, if human life 75 years on an average then he/she 1/3th time I'm sleeping, that's means 25 years. If we have to sleep 25 years then we must know how we should sleep and its pros and cons. Sleep is very important for a healthy lifestyle that's why its ratio is 50%. It helps in the Maintenance and repair of tissues and cells in our body. Just think about that day when you had not to sleep properly, the whole day you feel tired, irritated, lack energy, right? and on the other hand, that day when you had a good sleep, you feel active, energetic, good mood and the day goes well. In interviews, most of the great athletics say that they sometimes sleep 10 to 11 hours because it enhances their performance, if they would be any hack then they would have applied to them but they don't compromise with sleep. So, there should be no bargain with sleep. Now it doesn't mean that you should sleep the whole day. Sleep is to renew your reserves, not to avoid your day. Healthy adults need 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night.
Sleep controls your Diet:
- If you do not sleep well :
- Poor sleep is linked to higher body weight.
- Poor sleepers have a greater risk of heart disease and stroke.
- Poor sleep may increase appetite, likely due to its effect on hormones that signal hunger and fullness.
- If you sleep well:
- Good sleepers tend to eat fewer calories.
- Good sleep can improve concentration and productivity.
- Sleep improves your immune system.
The facts clearly show that how sleep plays an important role for our body to function well. You simply can't achieve optimal health without taking care of your sleep. So, In trying to be an adult, don't forget to sleep like a baby.
2. DIET:
To keep the body in good health is a duty otherwise, we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.
Kitchen is the best hospital, food is the best medicine. A healthy lifestyle can be attained by maintaining a balanced diet. A proper meal plan helps to attain ideal body weight and reduce the risk of diseases. But what exactly is a balanced diet? It's a diet that offers the nutrients to help your body function properly. the importance of diet lies in the intake of the right amount of calories. Our body gets the right nutrition when we consume a wide variety of food rich in calories such as fruits and veggies, whole grains, and protein.
- it makes you feel happier.
- it can help with weight loss.
- it is good for your muscles and bones.
- it can increase your energy level.
- it can help your brain health and memory.
- it can help with relaxation and sleep quality.

MIND: The MIND is EVERYTHING. What you THINK, you BECOME.
How The Mind Works?
At the level of biology, at the level of the chemistry of the brain, we are almost the same as animals. the only difference is Thinking Process. Now the question will arise What is the difference at the thought level? The basic difference between animals and humans is Language. We speak something in our mind, then we do the action, and gradually it converts into a pattern, and then we do action without speaking much in our mind. The origin of the mind is language. Now let's see what is thought? Thought is what we speak inside our minds. We speak inside our minds, not think.
Let's Do One Activity:
Just sit and observe that what are you speaking in your mind. the moment you try to see inside your mind, you stop speaking. This is the Beginning of observation.(Remember: You can't observe the thought, you can observe what you speak.)
The moment you observe what you are saying to yourself, now you are in control of your mind. This is the beginning of controlling your mind. Now the question will arise: How to change? There are two things which we keep saying in our mind:
- Consciously: In Control.
- Subconsciously: Out Control.

Cyber Bullying: Prevention
Preventing cyberbullying is a matter of awareness and response: knowing what children are doing and how they are vulnerable, then helping them learn to respond when their well-being is threatened by bullies, trolls, and other dangerous users online. If a child is expressing anger or anxiety after going online, it might be one of the signs he/she is being cyberbullied.
Cyberbullying is becoming a burning issue both for parents and teachers. While statistics vary from study to study, it’s generally true that children are spending more time than ever ‘online.’ In fact, some students may spend more time online than offline, which means they might be more likely to be bullied through words on a screen than in a school hallway or bathroom.
The effect of cyberbullying are similar to traditional bullying but traditional bullying stops when the school ends; for online bullying, there is almost no escape. Unfortunately, many kids torment and harass each other using internet apps and social media channels.
Surprising Cyberbullying Statistics:
- 5% of children admit they have experienced bullying online.
- More than 40% say they have become a bully’s exclusive target.
- 70% admit they have witnessed cyberbullying.
- 50% of children admit to being scared of their online bullies.
- 92% of cyberbullying attacks are held through chatting and commenting on social media websites.
- Cyberbullying victims are 3 to 9 times more likely to consider committing suicide.
- Only 2 in 10 victims will inform their parents or teachers of online attacks.
Ways To Prevent Cyberbullying:
- Establish a climate of communication with your child
- Define it
- Give them strategies to respond
- Use celebrity card
- Monitor online activity
- Know the apps and platforms
- Engage parents and youth
- Emphasize positivity
- Remember the big idea

A New Beginning
Today, I thought to start something new and the thing that hit on my mind was "BLOGGING". So, without wasting any minute I opened my laptop and started writing the blog, and here I'm. I will be sharing my life experience with the world to add some value to their life. I will be so grateful if I would be able to improve someone's life through my experience.
For now, I want to share my past few day's experiences. A few days back I went on a small trip with my friends to shiv Ji temple. I had a great time with my friends there. sitting in the temple was so peaceful it was like I was free from all the stress and tension and was enjoying the moment. Returning back home, we saw a lake and decided to spend some time there. We clicked photos and were enjoying the good vibes there. but suddenly heavy rainfall arrived and we all ran so fast to our car. then we had our Gujarati breakfast and we returned back to our home. After reaching home, I shared the experience with my mom and went into my room. after few minutes of sharing pictures of the trip with my friends in the group, I fall asleep. After waking up, I was feeling so low with no energy(maybe I was because of the trip). Then I had my lunch and then I did my work. In the evening, I went for a cycle ride, but after a few minutes I felt so tired like I was having no energy, so I returned home immediately. After that, I got an intense fever. I took a light dinner meal and take my medicine and fall asleep.
The past few days were really hectic and painful but at the same time with lots of experiencing things:
- Parents are the true well-wishers of their children(i will not say that mother loves more than father or vice versa because both loves equal it's just somewhere father hides from outside but deeply loves from inside). We should value them regardless of anything. From childhood to now and in the future too they will also support us no matter what.
- During your bad days, True colors are seen of your surrounding ones that who actually cares about you or not. the one who cares about you will always be there in your good times as well as in your bad times and will love you unconditionally.
- During these days, I talked with myself a lot and it helps me to understand myself better deeply. talking with ourselves helps us to improve our mistakes and mistakes are good to do because it makes us fall and we stand up stronger.
- I started reading Bhagavad Gita to clear my doubts( i hope I will get my answer soon). Bhagavad Gita helps in clearing all those doubts by telling you an exact answer. Yes, in today's era it's quite difficult to read Bhagavad Gita as it's long, complicated, and difficult to understand but you can absorb every life lesson that lies within.
I hope you all liked my first blog. I want to wrap up by saying :
"Life is actually really simple, but we insist on making it complicated." ~ Confucius
