My Fitness Journey! ๐Ÿ’ช

A journey begins with the first step. Keep going, it gets better! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Going back a few years, all I can recall is the simple fact I was bullied. So much so it gave me severe body image problems and demolished my confidence. I was underweight, looked somewhat weird, and above all, lacked the confidence to manage the world. This led me down a road to isolation and I distanced myself.  Because of this, in my whole school life, I never went on stage(Except for saying thank you so much on my birthday๐Ÿ˜‚),  I did not dare to stand up for myself.

I started my fitness journey when I was 15-16 years old and changed 20 years old from an extremely skinny guy to a handsome hunk. in 3 years filled with sacrifices and hard work, I gained knowledge about fitness, diet, and exercise. In a few months, I saw some changes in m physique. People who originally made fun of me started speaking to me in regard. This strengthened my self-respect and inspired me to work harder!

So, What do you all need to start your fitness journey?
  • Make a commitment to YOURSELF.
Most people pay for personal trainers because they want someone else to make them work. But in the end, the ones who really stick to the plans see results and this is a decision only you can make on your own.
  • Start small, take baby steps, and see the big difference in the long term.
Progress is key. it's better to start small and keep adding them to start really motivated and give up after 2 weeks. our body gets used to the same workouts, so you need to do progressive overload.
  • Remind yourself that something is always better than nothing.
The people who transform their bodies, transform their everyday life too. They don't do it with a time limit, they look for every opportunity to get better, every day, for life.
  • Remember Nutrition.
Fitness isn't just about exercise, you also need to make sure you give your body the right food to fuel your workouts. there's no need to follow the latest fad diet. Start eating plenty of veggies and fruits, lean protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. if you have specific weight loss or fitness goals in mind.
  • Celebrate yourself.
Be sure to reward yourself for all of the hard work you put in.
For example: Make a plan for the weekend Go and see a new movie or do whatever makes YOU happy.
